Forest fire, from destruction to rejuvenation.
Most forest fires in India spread along the floor the forest, and are less destructive than the fires in other parts of the world, where the whole trees catch fire. Most the the wildlife and vegetation survives too. They actually replenish the eco-system in many ways.
The animals and insects have adapted to such fires too. e.g. – the Bees become docile and leave their hives when they sense smoke – their genetic code associates smoke with forest fires, and an instinct to leave the hive and not try to protect it… the same trick that honey collectors use, when collecting honey.
